Women's Advocacy Coalition Baltimore works to serve at-risk women and girls by implementing educational programs and providing basic necessities such as clothing, food, and menstrual hygiene items.
Through collection drives and fundraising we have provided over 340,000 Menstrual hygiene products to women and girls in Baltimore since October 2017.
We strive to encourage the education of women and girls in Baltimore of all ages. We do this through fundraising for a variety of education courses including GED training and after school programs for girls.
In addition to providing menstrual hygiene items and striving to encourage education, we work hard to cover other basic necessities such as clothing and food. We provide take home baskets of food over school breaks for girls in our educational programs, Welcome Home baskets for women leaving incarceration, and bags of hygiene items for homeless women. We work hard to keep local organizations stocked with clothing, especially with business attire for job interviews.
Your support and contributions will enable us to meet our goals and improve conditions. Your generous donation will fund our mission.
